Vivác (vee-vok) means "High Altitude Refuge" and at 6,000 feet, we are just that! We are one of the highest altitude wineries in the world with our private vineyard tucked in next to the mountains of Dixon. Our Estate "Fire Vineyard" is only a couple acres now, but will be growing in the next year including a new vineyard next to our Tasting Room located on Hwy 68! Our Estate Vineyard is organically farmed and will be the only commercial organic vineyard in the state once we complete the certification! -Cheers from the Vivác Winery Family!
